  • Establish and lead high-performing project teams, ensuring clear roles, structure and communication
  • Develop and manage construction programmes, monitoring progress and driving performance
  • Ensure all works are carried out in line with Kilnbridge's Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards, overseeing Risk Assessments, Method Statements and safe systems of work
  • Manage project budgets, optimise costs and identify opportunities for value and efficiency
  • Coordinate resources including labour, plant, materials and subcontractors, leading site operations where required, including labour management and coordination
  • Manage project documentation, reporting and client communications, identifying and communicating project risks, variations and opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners
  • Support tender processes and contribute to work-winning activities when required
  • Drive innovation, continuous improvement and best practice across projects, leading, coaching and developing team members to support performance and career development

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
