Project Manager – Strategic & Major Programmes
Location: Bridgnorth, plus ability to travel to client sites when required.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday (08:30 – 17:00)
Salary: Competitive. Dependent on experience.
Employment type: Fixed Term Contract - 12 months.
Are you a commercially astute project manager with a passion for delivering complex, high-value new product engineering programmes?
Due to continued growth, we are expanding our Customer Delivery team and seeking two experienced New Product Introduction (NPI) Project Managers to drive strategic major programmes in new markets. You will play a key role in shaping the future of mobility through strategic partnerships with new and existing customers.

About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Programmes, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of high-value, technically complex strategic programmes. These are long-term, high value customer projects with significant commercial and engineering scope. You’ll act as the single point of accountability for project performance, integrating cross-functional teams and ensuring contractual and commercial success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing strategic NPI programmes from contract award to production release.
- Owning project schedules, milestones, and governance frameworks.
- Acting as the primary customer interface, driving service excellence.
- Overseeing commercial delivery, contract compliance, and risk management.
- Forecasting and managing financial performance at contract level.
- Identifying growth opportunities and supporting strategic partnerships.
- Coordinating across engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll bring a strong commercial mindset, engineering awareness, and a track record of delivering complex programmes in high-value sectors.
- Experience delivering engineering or manufacturing programmes.
- Proven success in managing multimillion pound projects with high engineering complexity.
- Strong commercial and contract management skills.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership.
- Comfortable with customer growth conversations and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and financial oversight capabilities.
- Ability to travel to site and, where required, client site (UK, US, EMEA)
