About Us

DTC | A Codan Company is a technology company based in Whiteley, Hampshire. We specialise in the research and development of wireless and critical RF communication systems. Our Engineers work at the edge of what is scientifically possible, using every advancement in technology to our advantage. Our technology is deployed by our customers to give them an unrivalled ability to wirelessly transmit data over long ranges with high reliability and security. We are well established across multiple markets such as military and defence, uncrewed vehicles such as drones, police and government, and broadcast technology.

About The Role

The Supply Chain Project Manager will coordinate and drive delivery of a major strategic supply chain and manufacturing transition programme, ensuring all activities are completed to agreed quality, cost and schedule objectives.

Acting as the central point of coordination across Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Commercial and Finance teams, managing plans, actions, dependencies, risks and communications throughout the programme lifecycle.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, the role will ensure manufacturing readiness, supply chain preparedness, operational capability deployment and successful programme execution. The position requires a practical understanding of electronics manufacturing, component supply chains, quality systems and production processes, together with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

The role is expected to provide structure, visibility and momentum to a complex, cross-functional programme involving multiple workstreams and geographically dispersed teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
