Project Manager for Creator Solutions Programme
As a Project Manager for a Creator Solutions Programme on a global technology company account, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns and initiatives that connect the technology with a global community of creators. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and external creator partners to deliver impactful projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. This role requires strong organisational skills, creative problem-solving, and a passion for building relationships that drive success.
NB! In full transparency, this is an APAC-wide search for the best of the best Project Managers with experience managing influencer marketing and creator solutions, as we put together a team for global brands in Q3/Q4, so the hiring process will take time.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and execution of creator collaboration projects, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and collective timelines and deliverables to meet KPIs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for creators and internal teams, fostering open communication, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations.
- Collaborate with teams across marketing, product, partnerships, and legal to ensure seamless workflow and project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed to meet milestones and financial targets.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and demonstrating progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance project efficiency, and improve stakeholder satisfaction.

About You
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in creative, marketing, or tech environments on influencer marketing projects.
- Experience managing partnerships or collaborations with creators and influencers, and building a bridge between the brands and internal sales and marketing teams in a matrix environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple timelines, budgets, and resources with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between stakeholders from all levels and backgrounds with different agendas.
- Experience with project management tools and software, leveraging them to improve workflows and team efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting priorities and solve challenges in a fast-paced environment.
