We're looking for a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or Associate Project Manager with a strong civil engineering and construction background to lead high-profile residential development schemes from concept through to completion, working alongside industry-leading technical specialists and trusted clients.
Purpose & Scope of the Role
As part of our Residential Development team, you will lead the successful delivery of strategic land and residential infrastructure projects across RIBA Stages 1–6. Taking ownership of project planning, procurement, contract administration and project controls, you'll ensure schemes are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Working collaboratively with clients, consultants, contractors, utility providers and local authorities, you'll coordinate multidisciplinary teams while managing the technical and commercial aspects of complex infrastructure projects.
Your Impact in this Position
You'll be the trusted lead for clients throughout project delivery, providing leadership across complex infrastructure programmes and ensuring projects progress seamlessly from design into construction. By managing risk, driving collaboration and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, you'll play a key role in delivering successful developments that leave a lasting legacy.

- Contract & Commercial Management: Administer NEC4 and JCT contracts throughout the project lifecycle. Support procurement, commercial negotiations, budgeting and forecasting. Manage financial performance and project cost control.
- Infrastructure Delivery: Oversee highways, drainage, utilities and wider civil infrastructure works. Coordinate design teams, site activities and construction delivery. Support remediation investigations and construction supervision where required.
- Quality, Information & Governance: Maintain robust project controls and quality management processes. Manage project information within a Common Data Environment (CDE). Ensure compliance with contractual, governance and client requirements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
