Project Manager – Technology & Operations
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Type: 12-Month FTC
Start Date: July / August
We're looking for a Project Manager to join a global media and entertainment organisation, delivering a portfolio of technology and business transformation projects across IT Operations, Software Platforms, Digital Products, Cloud and AI-enabled solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity to work across enterprise technology initiatives, partnering with Engineering, Operations, Product and business teams to deliver projects from initiation through to BAU handover in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and transformation projects.
- Manage project plans, governance, RAID logs, budgets and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Operations and third-party vendors.
- Support software, cloud, automation and digital platform implementations.
- Drive successful project delivery, operational readiness and smooth transition into BAU.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering technology projects within complex enterprise environments.
- Experience across cloud, software platforms, digital products, automation or wider technology transformation programmes.
- Strong project governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Monday.com and/or SharePoint.
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and communicating with both technical and business stakeholders.

Desirable Experience
- Exposure to AI, GenAI or intelligent automation projects.
- Experience working alongside Product and Agile delivery teams.
- Knowledge of operational transformation or IT service improvement initiatives.
- PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, Scrum Master or similar certification.
