JOB DESCRIPTION – Project Manager
Role & Responsibility:
- Ensure E2E Project requirements are met
- Coordinate with other domain PMs to ensure timely delivery
- Manage finances and all aspects of project delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered as per time, cost and quality
- Timely escalation to TechM/Customer Program manager in case of delays
- Escalate within customer organisation as needed
- Ensure all requirements are met
- Risk Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Project Benefit Realisation
- Manage the project plan, ensuring that project outputs are delivered on time, on budget and to quality.
- Allocate responsibilities in the project for realising benefits, and track results.
- Report progress against project plan, project status, risks, issues, dependencies and blockers.
- Lead execution of program governance decisions that affect the project
- Identify changes that happen within the project that may affect the programme.

Skill Required:
- Some Experience in Telecom domain
- Experience in working in an Agile Delivery Model
- Able to solve problems and to understand relevance to the wider objective
- Strong communication skills
- Understand Change Management process

Relevant years of experience:
10 to 13 years of overall experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a Project Management role.
