JOB DESCRIPTION – Project Manager

Role & Responsibility:

  • Ensure E2E Project requirements are met
  • Coordinate with other domain PMs to ensure timely delivery
  • Manage finances and all aspects of project delivery.
  • Ensure projects are delivered as per time, cost and quality
  • Timely escalation to TechM/Customer Program manager in case of delays
  • Escalate within customer organisation as needed
  • Ensure all requirements are met
  • Risk Management
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Project Benefit Realisation
  • Manage the project plan, ensuring that project outputs are delivered on time, on budget and to quality.
  • Allocate responsibilities in the project for realising benefits, and track results.
  • Report progress against project plan, project status, risks, issues, dependencies and blockers.
  • Lead execution of program governance decisions that affect the project
  • Identify changes that happen within the project that may affect the programme.

Skill Required:

  • Some Experience in Telecom domain
  • Experience in working in an Agile Delivery Model
  • Able to solve problems and to understand relevance to the wider objective
  • Strong communication skills
