HR Project Manager (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Boltron - Hybrid 3 days in the office
Salary: £50,000–£60,000

We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic HR transformation projects within a large, complex organisation. You will manage projects from initiation through to implementation, working closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver successful organisational change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of HR transformation and digital projects.
- Manage project plans, budgets, risks, timelines, and governance.
- Engage senior stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
- Support business readiness, change management, training, and adoption.
- Manage third-party suppliers and ensure successful project handover.

Essential Experience:
- Demonstrable experience delivering HR projects within a large organisation.
- Experience leading HR transformation initiatives such as HRIS implementations, organisational design, or job architecture.
- Strong project management skills with knowledge of structured methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2 or PMP).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working across HR, IT, and wider business functions.
- Strong planning, risk management, and problem-solving abilities.
