Project Manager | Client Onboarding & Implementation

📍 London | Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
💷 Salary: £55,000 – £70,000

Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments? Do you enjoy taking ownership of complex software implementations and helping customers successfully adopt mission-critical technology?

We're partnering with an innovative technology business entering an exciting phase of growth. Having co-created its platform alongside key enterprise clients, the company is now scaling its delivery function and is looking for a Project Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping how enterprise implementations are delivered.

This is an opportunity to join a growing Customer Success team where you'll have genuine ownership, influence processes from the ground up, and work with some of the UK's leading mid-to-large organisations on business-critical projects.

The Role

As Project Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of enterprise clients, ensuring projects are delivered successfully from post-sale through to go-live and hypercare. Working closely with Customer Success, Product, Support and client stakeholders, you'll manage timelines, mitigate risks, coordinate multiple workstreams and keep projects moving in complex, high-pressure environments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
