About the Role
As Project Manager (f/m/d), you will be the central point of contact for franchisees, restaurant managers, and company representatives. You will:
- Accompany complete kitchen projects from planning to realisation
- Collaborate directly with architects, site managers, service partners, and our internal team
- Work with some of the world’s leading brands in the foodservice industry

Responsibilities
- Project responsibility: Manage new kitchens and remodeling projects from A to Z
- Customer consulting & relationship management: Be the first point of contact for our core accounts
- Sales strategy & target achievement: Drive planning, analyses, and measures for profitable growth
- Marketing & promotion: Active promotion of our products and services
- Forecasting & reporting: Deliver precise forecasts while managing project profitability
- Complaints management: Find solutions where others see problems
Requirements
- A business or technical qualification, with at least 5 years’ experience in project management, ideally in the catering or construction sectors
- Operational experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel across the UK and work onsite with customers
