What you’ll be doing:

Reporting to the Director, Project Delivery you’ll be involved in:

  • Responsible for the creation of the project plans including liaison with internal teams to document and schedule the deliverables.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end delivery managing all project activities including the relevant governance to ensure each stage gate is met.
  • Effective and proactive communication to ensure all parties involved clearly understand their responsibilities.
  • Effectively manages risks and issues by maintaining proactive RAID. This includes identification of ‘blockers’ and taking ownership of issues & risks with relevant options and mitigation.
  • Responsible for understanding the client’s business processes and identifying suitable technical solutions.
  • Responsible for managing all resources assigned to the project ensuring deliverables are understood, achievable are delivered in accordance with the plan.
  • Monitoring project performance metrics and ensuring customer requirements are met or exceeded.
  • Driving continuous improvement of project management processes to enhance delivery efficiency and product quality.

  • Knowledge and expertise of shaping projects utilising a variety of delivery frameworks, methodologies and tools.

What your impact and success looks like

As a Project Manager we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:

Within 1 month:

  • Successfully onboard with the team, understanding company processes, tools, and project management frameworks.
  • Take ownership of at least one active project, including reviewing project scope, timelines, and key stakeholders.
  • Establish strong communication channels with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

Within 3 months:

  • Deliver the first project milestone on time and within budget, demonstrating effective risk and issue management.
  • Implement improvements to project tracking and reporting processes to increase transparency and accountability.
  • Build a reliable project schedule with realistic deadlines and resource allocation.

Within 6 months:

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, showing consistent delivery of quality results.
  • Lead project retrospectives and implement lessons learned to improve future project performance.
  • Mentor junior team members or assist in improving overall team project management maturity.
