About the Role
mthree is looking for a Project Manager for one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world, with operations in 64 countries and territories. We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.
Your mission as the Project Manager is to coordinate the day-to-day execution of this high-visibility initiative. You will organize the delivery schedule, coordinate alignment across cross-functional departments, track complex data dependencies, and translate technical milestones into clear, high impact status updates for senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
- Project management or delivery experience—ideally managing data, analytics, technology, or operations projects in a corporate environment.
Technical & Data Literacy:
- High comfort level collaborating with technical teams. You can confidently follow discussions on SQL databases, Python modelling pipelines, data architectures, and Power BI setups, acting as an effective translator between tech and business.
Delivery Frameworks:
- Proven hands-on experience utilizing Agile/Scrum frameworks (managing epics, backlogs, and cross-team dependencies) using platforms like Jira and Confluence.

Stakeholder Management:
- Outstanding communication and coordination skills. You excel at building strong operational relationships across different departments and keeping various teams aligned on project goals.
Ambiguity Management:
- Highly organized and proactive. You enjoy bringing order, structure, and execution rigor to fast-moving, multi-faceted initiatives.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with business continuity planning (BCP), workforce planning, disaster recovery, or crisis management frameworks.
- Professional project management certifications such as PMI-PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or PMI-ACP.
