Eurosafe Contracting Limited is an equal opportunities employer.

About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced, resilient, and highly organised Project Manager to join our national contracting team.

This is an operationally demanding role managing 30+ concurrent projects across the UK, covering installations, secondary steel works, and fall protection systems. The role requires:

  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Exceptional planning and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to perform under sustained pressure

You will be responsible for:

  • End-to-end project delivery
  • Leading multiple site teams and subcontractors
  • Ensuring safety and quality standards are met
  • Maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Using company systems to manage schedules, costs, documentation, and reporting
  • High levels of travelling and working away as project locations demand

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 30+ active projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise site activities, resources, and subcontractors across multiple locations.
  • Produce, review, and enforce risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work.
  • Work collaboratively with the design team to ensure compliant, technically robust solutions delivered within project allowances.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and Eurosafe’s policies at all times.
  • Oversee installation and commissioning of fall protection systems and secondary steel work.
  • Diagnose site issues and implement practical, timely remedial actions.
  • Maintain accurate project records using the ERP system; produce progress reports, schedules, and cost updates.
  • Lead client liaison: attend site meetings, present technical findings, deliver handover documentation, and maintain professional communications.
  • Mentor and supervise site supervisors and small teams; drive performance, quality, and safety culture.
  • Manage procurement, materials logistics, and on-site plant allocation to meet programme requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
