About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading project delivery—ensuring ambitious builds meet our standards for quality, safety, and timeliness while enhancing the client experience.
You’ll:
- Identify key goals for each project and ensure the company’s performance targets are met.
- Act as the authority on Health & Safety (H&S), proactively managing risk on live projects.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Oversee project schedules, milestones, and commercial objectives, ensuring profitability.
- Lead customer satisfaction through seamless project handovers and effective aftercare.
- Manage staff performance, aligning their roles with company policies and compliance.
- Make independent operational decisions to address challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coach contractors on construction standards, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain operational efficiency—streamlining processes, improving safety, and minimising turnaround times.
- Present a professionally managed site, adhering to Considerate Constructors Scheme guidelines.
- Generate accurate, timely reports and ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory standards (building control, planning, environmental, etc.).

Person Specification
Experience
- Experience in similar residential development projects (preferable but not essential).
- Must have hands-on experience with either:
- Light Weight Steel Frame (LWSF)
- Timber Frame techniques.
Certifications
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
- 3-Day First Aid Certification
- Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
- Accreditation as a Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC)
- Background as a Main Contractor
