Your role

As a Project Manager, your mission is to lead the development, definition, and execution of project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. You will report to the PMO Manager.

You will

  • Develop, define, and execute detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Manage resources, track costs, and ensure adherence to project timelines while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders across multiple functions and divisions
  • Communicate project requirements, progress, and risks to all levels of the organization, including Senior Management and external partners
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, reviews, and reporting
  • Ensure all projects comply with company processes, quality standards, and customer requirements
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain project momentum
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices

To succeed, you will need

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Project Manager
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince 2, Agile, IPMA) is required
  • Degree in Engineering or Business is an advantage but not essential; other qualifications with more experience will be considered
  • Confident use of Microsoft Project (MSP)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and influencing skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to plan and deliver complex projects
  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritize multiple activities
  • Familiarity with vacuum technology or related industries is an advantage
