Your role
As a Project Manager, your mission is to lead the development, definition, and execution of project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. You will report to the PMO Manager.
You will
- Develop, define, and execute detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Manage resources, track costs, and ensure adherence to project timelines while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders across multiple functions and divisions
- Communicate project requirements, progress, and risks to all levels of the organization, including Senior Management and external partners
- Facilitate regular project meetings, reviews, and reporting
- Ensure all projects comply with company processes, quality standards, and customer requirements
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain project momentum
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Project Manager
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince 2, Agile, IPMA) is required
- Degree in Engineering or Business is an advantage but not essential; other qualifications with more experience will be considered
- Confident use of Microsoft Project (MSP)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong organizational, leadership, and influencing skills
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to plan and deliver complex projects
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritize multiple activities
- Familiarity with vacuum technology or related industries is an advantage

Job location
This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Eastbourne, United Kingdom (GB). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
