We are looking for a compassionate and committed professional to join our established team as Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we support.
Our service provides person-centred support to adults with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, mental health, and autism. We support 23 tenants, each living in their own self-contained apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and wet room. Our goal is to empower people to develop the skills and confidence to lead independent, fulfilling lives.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered consistently. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and understanding about learning disabilities, autism, and mental health. You will be passionate about promoting independence, social inclusion, and community engagement. Strong skills in positive communication are essential, along with the ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard towards the people we support.
You will possess effective verbal and written communication, as the role will involve writing high quality assessments, support plans and guidelines. You will demonstrate a person-centred approach and genuine commitment to achieve positive outcomes for tenants through collaboration with tenants, families and agencies. You should be motivated to drive the service forward, empowering service users to progress onto less supported accommodation. We are looking for team players who are able to contribute positively to a consistent, mutually supportive team culture.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
