Project Manager – NHS Alertive Rollouts

About the Role

We're seeking a Project Manager to lead the rollouts of Alertive across the NHS.

You'll be at the centre of bringing our technology to healthcare organisations, turning complex implementation plans into impactful realities. Collaborating closely with NHS stakeholders and internal teams, you'll drive seamless deployments, overcome roadblocks, and ensure customers realise value from day one.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on simplifying complexity and making a meaningful difference in healthcare communication. Every improvement we create directly affects clinicians, operational teams, and patient care.

We’re in growth phase and are looking for a Project Manager who excels at:

  • Managing momentum without bureaucratic hurdles
  • Keeping projects on track despite shifting priorities and complexity
  • ンスに集中する

This role demands a doer, not someone who stays in the background managing spreadsheets—we’re looking for someone passionate about delivering results.

What You’ll Actually Do

Project Implementation & Delivery

  • Deliver successful Alertive implementations across the NHS
  • Convert ambitious ideas into clear, achievable delivery plans
  • Ensure projects progress smoothly despite changing priorities and complexity
  • Manage relationships: Build trust with NHS clinical stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Identify risks: Spot potential issues before they escalate
  • Navigate competing priorities: Create clarity in complex scenarios
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to:
    • Generate excitement around Alertive
    • Pinpoint use cases and problem areas
    • Plan activities like training, onboarding, and user feedback collection
  • Translate customer requirements into written documentation to ensure accurate implementation from day one
  • Continuously improve processes to address gaps and enhance future rollouts
  • Lead post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned

Adoption & Long-Term Impact

  • Convert one-time deployments into lasting adoption by helping NHS teams integrate Alertive into everyday workflows (not a mere "another system")
  • Build trusted partnerships with clinical and operational teams, positioning Alertive as a change partner rather than a knee-jerk initiative
  • Identify champions in NHS organisations to drive engagement and adoption across wider teams
  • Guide customers through change with confidence-building strategies, fostering enthusiasm rather than resistance
  • Measure success by outcomes: Prioritise adoption, customer satisfaction, and user impact—not just meeting deadlines
  • Detect early warning signs of stalled adoption and intervene proactively to mitigate risk
  • Translate customer feedback into insights for our Product and Engineering teams, shaping Alertive’s evolution
  • Focus beyond go-live by turning users into advocates: Successful NHS programmes are built on trust, engagement, and demonstrating clear value to end users
  • Obsess over realising quick wins while balancing long-term transformation; early momentum builds confidence and drives sustained adoption

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
