💰 £50,977–£60,836 including car allowance + performance-related annual bonus

This is a Permanent Full-time position with hybrid working, combining major instruction delivery, client management, financial oversight and business development within a property and construction consultancy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead major projects across cost, programme and quality requirements
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Manage key client accounts and maintain direct client relationships
  • Maintain budget oversight, financial management and cost control
  • Contribute to proposals and business development plans

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant built environment discipline
  • RICS, CIOB, APM or equivalent professional membership preferred
  • Consultancy-side project management delivery experience
  • Proven project risk management experience
  • Client relationship and business development experience

  • £48,000–£57,000 base salary plus £2,977–£3,836 car allowance
  • Performance-related annual bonus and 5% employer pension contribution
