Role Description
This full-time Project Manager role at CONGI - Coordinadora de Organizaciones No Gubernamentales Internacionales is an on-site position based in Manchester.
The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and completion of international NGO projects, ensuring that scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards are met.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications
- Experience in project management, including planning, monitoring, and controlling project activities to achieve defined objectives.
- Skills in expediting and working as an expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and project milestones.
- Knowledge of logistics management and inspection processes to coordinate shipments, verify quality, and maintain compliance with standards.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and partners.
- Proficiency in common project management tools and software; familiarity with NGO or international development environments is an advantage.
- Relevant academic background, such as a degree in project management, business, logistics, international relations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Manchester and adapt to evolving project needs and organizational requirements.
