Project Manager

The project: We have an opportunity for a Project Manager working at our Hinkley Point C (HPC) site, one of Europe’s largest infrastructure projects.

As a Project Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Project Manager. You will be responsible for the direction and leadership of all activities associated with the full life cycle (design, manufacture and supply) delivery of a contract or work package assigned to them, ensuring planning and delivery is in accordance with all safety, quality, time and cost parameters to meet the needs of the Project. If successful you will also be leading multi-discipline team.

You’ll Be Responsible For

Manage contract delivery, resolving risks, issues and escalations. Manage contract administration, variations, claims and changes. Oversee supply chain performance ensuring nuclear safety. Maintain aligned, integrated Level 3 schedules. Coordinate site readiness for seamless delivery. Apply EVM and robust commercial reporting. Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Engage stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and execution.

You’ll Need To Have

Proven delivery in complex, regulated environments, maintaining safety, security and environmental standards. Strong leadership across EPCM projects, contracts, procurement and commercial management. Expertise in cost, risk, schedule and change control using EVM principles. Effective stakeholder engagement, communication and contractor management within NEC/FIDIC frameworks.
