Project Manager
Location: Blackburn, Lancashire
Permanent | Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Bonus + Benefits
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to lead lifecycle and variation projects in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage project lifecycles from planning through to completion.
- Work with clients and stakeholders to define scope and gain approvals.
- Oversee budgets, programmes, procurement, contractors, and project documentation.
- Coordinate design, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and governance standards.

About You
- Proven experience delivering lifecycle and variation projects.
- Background in Facilities Management, healthcare, education, or similar environments.
- Strong project management, stakeholder, and financial management skills.
- Good Health & Safety awareness.
- Highly organised with strong administrative and Microsoft Office skills.
