We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver major civil engineering works across Aylesbury and Surrounding Areas. Lorclon Ltd is an established civils subcontractor known for executing technically challenging infrastructure projects with precision, safety, and excellence.

This is the ideal opportunity for a driven Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a lasting impact on London’s infrastructure growth.

The Role

As a Project Manager at Lorclon, you’ll take full ownership of project delivery — from pre-construction through to handover. You’ll work closely with commercial, engineering, and site teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on program, and within budget while maintaining our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities Include

Leading project teams and managing day-to-day site operations Planning, programming, and delivering works to agreed timelines Managing budgets, forecasts, and cost control with commercial teams Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Overseeing subcontractor performance and procurement processes Liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships Driving progress meetings, risk management, and reporting to senior management Ensuring documentation and project records are accurate and up to date

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing civil engineering projects (e.g., infrastructure, groundworks, structures) Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline Strong knowledge of NEC or similar contract forms Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary site teams Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in project management and reporting software (e.g., MS Project, Excel) A proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on delivery
