The Role

The Project Manager is responsible for the management of the full life cycle of client projects from inception and requirements through to delivery. Project Managers at Publicis Pro are all-rounders with experience of managing many different types of projects and love the satisfaction of delivering a project successfully, to an extremely high standard. They’re very adept and never shy away from being challenged with finding new ways to solve a problem.

Responsibilities

Client Service

  • Maintain the highest levels of client service across the account to provide an effective, enjoyable, first-class customer service and experience, ensuring all work is produced of the highest quality.

Project Operations

  • Manage day-to-day operations for all projects as they move through the agency.
  • From the coordination and ownership of daily project huddles to update team members on project priorities, deadlines, and requirements, through to the creation and management of schedules and timelines within Workbook, assigning tasks to different teams within the agency.

Supplier Management and Commercial Rigor

  • End-to-end control of the budget process. Fully scope, create, evolve, and control the budget throughout its lifecycle.
  • Take responsibility for sourcing and managing third-party supplier costs required for the successful completion of a project.

Qualifications

  • Client-facing project management with excellent client service and exceptional project delivery skills.
  • Experience in a similar agency environment, managing and delivering multiple projects and campaigns across several client accounts and agency teams.
  • Planning and managing complex, high-value campaigns and project teams and budgets.
  • Experience of digital, integrated, and campaign projects.
  • Be the project go-to person, able to provide the latest status on delivery and resourcing.
  • Focus on progress and comfortable in the driving seat keeping projects on track, managing upward as required.
  • Have an eye for identifying risks before they become issues, and advise on mitigation plans.
  • Great at communicating and collaborating with people of all levels and backgrounds.
  • Commercially astute.
