Your mission

Location

Stirling Head Office - Monday - Friday office based - 8.00am - 5.00pm (1 hour lunch break).

About the role

  • Creating quotes, liaising with clients directly and via sales team.
  • Day to day management of interpretation projects.
  • Managing suppliers and ensuring projects go smoothly.
  • Providing world class customer service in collaboration with the other PMs.
  • When required taking on remote and face to face interpretation jobs across Scotland depending on type of assignment.
  • Travelling to and from on site interpretation locations, ensuring to arrive in a timely manner.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate interpretation for the duration of the session

Who are we looking for?

  • Full clean driving licence or local to the area.
  • Prior experience in the language services industry.
  • Experience of working in a professional services environment.
  • DBS / DPSI qualification or equivalent court experience desired
  • Vietnamese or Polish proficiency in addition to English.
  • Clean UK drivers license
  • Ability to travel to court and other assignments across Scotland on short notice, including the same day.
  • Comfortable with interpretation for Public Sector (medical appointments etc.)
