We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic MRICS qualified Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor (Associate level or above) to join our growing Birmingham team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for long term career prospects with opportunity of team leadership within the next few years for the right individual.
In this role you will be confident in leading projects within the private sector and will report directly to the team leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Networking and business development to increase contact base.
- Deliver cost consultancy services to generate income.
- Achieve business targets as agreed with Line Manager.
- Contribute to MDA turnover and profitability.

Candidate Requirements
We’re looking for a confident and capable professional who can thrive in an ambitious and supportive environment.
Essential
- MRICS qualified (up to 5 years).
- Minimum 2-3 years post-qualification experience.
- Must have experience of working in Birmingham and the West Midlands and demonstrate an understanding and knowledge of the local market.
- Good experience of leading projects within the private sector.
- Good interpersonal, business development skills with own network.
Desirable
- Experience in consultancy roles.
- Birmingham based (or surrounding areas).
