Project Manager | Up to £60,000 | TW16 7EF | Full time, 8am to 5pm | Immediate start

At Homeplay we design and install the technology that makes remarkable homes run beautifully: Lutron Homeworks lighting, Control4 automation, Ubiquiti and UniFi networks, heating and ventilation controls, access control and complete lighting schemes. We are looking for a Project Manager who loves being organised and genuinely enjoys the feeling of being on top of things.

This is not a deep programming role. Our engineers handle the clever bits behind the scenes. Your job is to keep projects moving: planning ahead, booking regular site meetings and check ins, making sure designs are signed off and equipment is ordered on time, and spotting problems early while they are still small and cheap to fix. You will be the calm, well prepared presence that electricians and other trades can turn to for a clear answer.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
