Salary & Benefits
£45,000 – £50,000 + Company Bonus + Training + Progression + 33 Days Holiday + Early Finish Friday (7:30–12 on Fridays) Location: Newport
About the Role
Are you a Project Manufacturing Engineer seeking a challenging and dynamic role in a rapidly growing company, overseeing projects across diverse industries?
Do you want to specialise in CapEx machinery, while benefiting from structured training—including ATEX and ISO 9001 regulations—with clear progression paths to management and senior management?
In this Project Manufacturing Engineer position, you will:
- Lead new product introductions (NPI) from concept to completion
- Collaborate with internal teams and external customers
- Ensure projects meet budget, timeline, and quality standards
- Conduct inspections and quality control

Key Responsibilities
- Managing NPI manufacturing projects end-to-end
- Ensuring projects stay on-time, on-budget, and high-quality
- Specialising in CapEx machinery projects
- Effective liaison with internal teams and external clients
- Compliance with regulations (including ISO 9001)

The Person – Required Profile
- Qualification: Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical background preferred
- Experience: Project, Inspection, or Supervisory experience in disciplines such as:
- Manufacturing (general mechanical/electrical)
- Chemical, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical
- Drawing/BAE (Blueprints, blueprint approval errors, etc.)
