Then look no further, come and join us at Hope House Children’s Hospices by playing a vital role in achieving ‘Our Mission’ Helping every child with a life-threatening condition live their best life.
Hope House Children’s Hospices have an opportunity for a Project Officer to join our team on a hybrid basis with an office base of either Oswestry or Conwy. You will be required to regularly travel on a weekly basis between Hope House in Shropshire and Tŷ Gobaith in Conwy to deliver your role.
You will join us on a Part-time 30 hours per week, permanent basis. In return, a Projects Officer will receive a competitive salary of £32,123 - £36,360 per annum, FTE depending on experience.
About the Project Officer role:
Your role as a Project Officer will work with the project team and wider organisational colleagues on projects to improve the charity’s hospice estates, digital infrastructure and capabilities, and care services delivery. You will support the functions and processes associated with the delivery, monitoring and assessment of change programmes and development projects across the charity. There will be an emphasis on stakeholder engagement to make the changes as successful as possible so you should have great communication skills and enjoy working with others.

We are looking for a Project Officer who has:
- A qualification in either project management, or the equivalent practical experience.
- Well organised with good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow processes and a strong attention to detail
- Ability to develop relationships and networks with a range of stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams.
- Ability to thrive in a continuously changing environment.
