Help deliver projects that shape the future of our business...
We're looking for an organised and proactive Project Officer to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-profile business projects and transformation initiatives across the organisation. Working alongside project managers, senior leaders and stakeholders from across the business, you'll help coordinate project activity, maintain governance standards and ensure projects remain on track to achieve their objectives.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Project Officer, you'll support the successful delivery of projects from planning through to implementation by:
- Coordinating project activities, actions and key deliverables
- Supporting business change and transformation programmes
- Maintaining project plans, milestones, dependencies and governance documentation
- Producing project status reports, dashboards and executive updates
- Monitoring risks, issues and actions, ensuring timely escalation where needed
- Organising and facilitating meetings, workshops and stakeholder forums
- Supporting stakeholder engagement and communication activities
- Driving continuous improvement in project delivery, reporting and ways of working
- Leading smaller project workstreams and initiatives with increasing autonomy

What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is highly organised, collaborative and comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders.
You'll Ideally Have
- Experience supporting or coordinating business projects, programmes or change initiatives
- Strong reporting and management information skills
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different business functions
- Confidence facilitating meetings, workshops and project reviews
- Knowledge of project governance, risk and issue management processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, Jira, Azure DevOps or similar

- PRINCE2 Foundation qualification
- Change Management qualification
- Experience working within structured project delivery or PMO environments
