About the Role
Due to continued expansion across Germany and the US, Whitewater Group is seeking an experienced Project Planner to join our growing Project Controls team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project planning and scheduling within the construction industry, with experience on large-scale data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, or critical infrastructure projects.
Working closely with project delivery teams, clients, and subcontractors, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analysing integrated project programmes, identifying key risks and opportunities, monitoring progress, and providing accurate reporting to support informed decision-making. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in line with contractual milestones.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Strong Primavera P6 expertise
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- A proactive approach to programme management and project delivery
- Previous planning experience within construction (M&E, Industrial, Pharmaceutical or Data Centre experience desirable)
- Good understanding of construction sequencing, programme logic, and critical path
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently while supporting the wider project team
- Open to travel when needed

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update Primavera P6 project programmes
- Build detailed project schedules from design through to commissioning and handover
- Liaise with project managers, construction teams, design teams, and procurement to ensure programme accuracy
- Monitor progress against the baseline programme and identify potential delays or risks
- Produce weekly and monthly progress updates, look-ahead programmes, and client reports
- Carry out critical path analysis and recommend recovery measures where required
- Assist with change management, programme revisions, and extension of time support where applicable
- Coordinate subcontractor and supplier programme information
- Support planning meetings with Client
- Ensure programmes reflect current site progress and project priorities
