Project Planner / Senior Project Planner

Location: Leeds (Hybrid – 3 days in the office) Salary: Competitive + Annual Bonus + Benefits

The Opportunity

I'm currently working with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy that is looking to strengthen its Planning team in Leeds.

This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced Project Planner looking to step into a Senior role, or someone who has recently become a Senior Project Planner and wants to continue developing within a supportive and collaborative environment.

You'll work closely with an experienced leadership team, gaining direct exposure to key decision-makers while delivering planning support across a diverse portfolio of major infrastructure and engineering projects.

This isn't a role where you'll get lost in a large team. You'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact, develop your technical and stakeholder management skills, and play an important part in the continued growth of the Leeds office.

The Role

As a Project Planner / Senior Project Planner, you'll be responsible for developing, maintaining and monitoring project programmes across a variety of complex engineering and infrastructure projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
