Project Planner (Part-Time) – 18-Month Contract
Location: Southampton
TEXO Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Project Planner to join a major multi-rise construction project in Southampton on a part-time, 18-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of a large-scale development, working closely with the project team to develop, monitor and maintain project programmes throughout the construction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor and maintain project programmes.
- Track project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
- Produce regular progress reports and programme updates.
- Work closely with the site and project management teams to ensure milestones are achieved.
- Support the successful planning and delivery of the project.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Planner within the construction industry.
- Experience working on multi-storey or large-scale building projects.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to produce, update and report on project programmes and progress.
