MiCiM provide focused, end to end project management and construction delivery services, specialising in the Data Centre and Mission Critical sectors.
We are looking for an experienced Planner to join our exceptional team, leading the delivery of some fantastic Data Centre projects in the UK and Europe.
You will enable the smooth running of large Data Centre construction projects from bid stage through to completion.
You will be responsible for:
- Reviewing & providing complex analysis of plans, programmes and reports.
- Ensuring programme management is consistent across projects and in line with best practice.
- Maintaining control and traceability of documentation from project initiation through to completion.
- Monitoring performance measurement criteria throughout a project’s lifecycle.
- Providing training and support to non-planning project staff.
- Keeping records & preparing project reports.
- Setting up protocols and managing supply chain programme production, issue and acceptance.
- Ensuring proper integration of design and procurement elements of programmes with construction.
- Working with planning department peers to implement best practice and share knowledge.

About You:

- Previous construction planning experience, ideally on Mission Critical projects.
- Excellent relationship building skills & the ability to negotiate and collaborate with suppliers and clients.
- Systems savvy & adept at picking up new project management software.
