MiCiM provides focused, end-to-end project management and construction delivery services, specializing in the Data Centre and Mission Critical sectors.

We are looking for an experienced Planner to join our exceptional team, leading the delivery of a fantastic Data Centre project in the South-East.

You will be joining a brilliant team, enabling the smooth running of large Data Centre construction projects from bid stage through to completion.

You will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing & providing complex analysis of plans, programmes, and reports.
  • Ensuring programme management is consistent across projects and in line with best practice.
  • Maintaining control and traceability of documentation from project initiation through to completion.
  • Monitoring performance measurement criteria throughout a project’s lifecycle.
  • Providing training and support to non-planning project staff.
  • Keeping records & preparing project reports.
  • Setting up protocols and managing supply chain programme production, issue, and acceptance.
  • Ensuring proper integration of design and procurement elements of programmes with construction.
  • Working with planning department peers to implement best practice and share knowledge.

  • Previous construction planning experience, ideally on Mission Critical projects.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills & the ability to negotiate and collaborate with suppliers and clients.
  • Systems savvy & adept at picking up new project management software.
