About Credera
At Credera, we are passionate about helping clients deliver complex, business-critical transformation projects. Our clients are some of the biggest names in industry and our projects are every bit as challenging as you’d find in large consulting firms.
As a Managing Consultant, you will have the opportunity to play an important part in shaping and developing our business transformation capability, with the support of an established and well positioned company with an impeccable track record and customer base.
Business Change Consultants work with Credera clients and colleagues to develop and deliver organisational change to meet the client’s strategic objectives. As a proven business change specialist, you’ll help clients focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures. You will be responsible for designing business change strategies and plans, maximising user adoption and minimising resistance. Typically, you will lead or be intrinsic to joint client teams focused on successful delivery and adoption of change. Internally, you will be a key contributor to the Business Transformation practice. You will deepen the strength of our collective knowledge, develop collateral and help drive our growth through client extensions and bid support.
This is a permanent role within our Management Consulting function. At Credera, we operate a flexible hybrid working model, requiring 3 days per week onsite - either at client sites or your local Credera office (London, Leeds, Manchester or Newcastle). We value collaboration and client impact, balancing flexibility with in-person connection to deliver exceptional results.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
