Cadeler is a global partner in the offshore wind industry, specializing in wind farm construction and maintenance. We are part of an industry that is now, more than ever, both relevant and in high demand. As our industry continues to grow, so do we! We are now looking for a Project Procurement Assistant to help support our project organisation with their procurement needs.
What will you do?
As our new Project Procurement Assistant, you will, as a part of the project procurement team, support and drive tender processes of specific project scopes as extended part of the relevant project team. You will support on preparing RFQ packages as well as assist with standardization of project procurement templates and management of procurement related documentation.
Your main tasks include:
- Coordinate and Issue of purchase orders for project related scopes
- Gather relevant documents for RFQ packages from the various stakeholders
- Create and manage NDAs for new project suppliers
- Gather bids received from suppliers on project scopes for evaluation
- Create supply market analysis for project scopes
- Support on setting up new supplier accounts
- Drive RFQ’s to support Sales in the tender / bidding phase
- Establish and maintain supply market intelligence databases including cost developments and primary cost drivers
- Analyze and map risks in sourcing scopes
- Deploy the structure, process requirements, and sourcing templates and other relevant quotation documentation

We are looking for a team player profile, who has an analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem solving. Someone who has strong interpersonal skills and enjoys supporting and collaborating with colleagues and other stakeholders. We are looking for a strong communicator who enjoys working cross functionally in the company.
We think you will be a good match if you:
- Hold relevant education within business administration, supply chain management, Shipping or otherwise relevant background
- 2+ years’ experience from similar role within procurement
- Strong familiarity with the MS office package, particularly Excel
- Fluency in English both written and oral
- Prior experience from the marine or wind industry is an advantage
- Prior experience from a project organization as project buyer is an advantage
