We're Hiring - Project Quantity Surveyor
SJ Eastern is looking for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join our growing commercial team.
📍 Location: Hertfordshire / South East
💷 Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + Package
We are a specialist subcontractor delivering high-quality construction projects across London & South East and are looking for a commercially driven QS who wants to take ownership of projects and play a key role in our continued growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects
- Subcontract procurement and account management
- Valuations, variations and final accounts
- Working closely with site and project teams
- Building strong relationships with clients and main contractors

What we're looking for:
- 8+ years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
- Relevant construction degree
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Ability to manage projects independently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ambition to develop and progress within a growing business
