Position Overview
Airswift is recruiting for a Project Quality Manager to support a major Offshore Wind project within the renewables sector. This Project Quality Manager opportunity is focused on embedding a fit-for-purpose quality management approach across the asset lifecycle, helping to drive quality excellence through systems, processes, behaviours and accountability. The Project Quality Manager will work across project and package teams to strengthen governance, reduce quality risk and improve performance through proactive quality leadership. This is a technically focused Project Quality Manager role offering broad stakeholder exposure in a hybrid working environment with regular site and office visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Embed the company’s project quality management framework throughout the project using a risk-based approach.
- Develop, maintain and support delivery of the Project Quality Plan, Quality Activity Plans and Quality Activity Schedules.
- Provide quality leadership, advice and guidance to project and package teams to reduce quality risks across the asset lifecycle.
- Drive implementation of non-conformity management, lessons learned, internal auditing and continual improvement activities.
- Monitor quality performance against project KPIs, assess effectiveness of quality management and provide trend-based reporting.
- Support quality checkpoint and stage gate activities in line with project requirements.
- Facilitate regular quality touchpoint meetings with key stakeholders to review implementation and effectiveness.
- Coach and educate project personnel on quality processes, responsibilities and quality culture.
- Collaborate with relevant quality and project stakeholders to support supplier performance, project audits and close-out of findings.
- Escalate significant quality risks or unresolved quality issues to relevant leadership where required.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- 5+ years’ experience in Quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Industry-recognised quality qualification or certification from bodies such as ASQ, EOQ or CQI.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance, Project Quality Management and/or Supplier Quality Management within sectors such as manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, offshore, renewables or energy.
- Strong experience implementing corporate quality systems and driving continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
