  • Lead pre-contract duties, including:
    • Cost planning
    • Tender preparation
  • Coordinate full project lifecycle management (from early stages through completion)
  • Collaborate directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams to drive high-quality outcomes

Candidate Requirements

  • Professional background:
    • Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor with at least 3 years’ experience in a consultancy setting
    • Preferred: Recently chartered (MRICS) or preparing for Assessment of Professional Competence (APC)
  • Core competencies:
    • Outstanding communication skills
    • Proactive problem-solving mindset
    • Readiness to take full project ownership with minimal oversight (backed by a supportive team)
