- Lead pre-contract duties, including:
- Cost planning
- Tender preparation
- Coordinate full project lifecycle management (from early stages through completion)
- Collaborate directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams to drive high-quality outcomes
Candidate Requirements
- Professional background:
- Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor with at least 3 years’ experience in a consultancy setting
- Preferred: Recently chartered (MRICS) or preparing for Assessment of Professional Competence (APC)
- Core competencies:
- Outstanding communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Readiness to take full project ownership with minimal oversight (backed by a supportive team)
