Project Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team, supporting a portfolio of projects along the South Coast, including Bournemouth, Southampton, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of schemes, gaining exposure to different project types while playing a key role in commercial delivery. You will work closely with project teams to ensure strong cost management and successful commercial outcomes across multiple live projects.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing the commercial aspects of projects from pre‑construction through to final account Procuring and managing subcontractor packages Preparing valuations, cost reports, forecasts and cash flow projections Managing variations, change control and commercial risk Supporting and contributing to cost planning and budgeting activities Working closely with project delivery, design and supply chain teams Ensuring commercial processes are followed and aligned with company standards

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor within construction or the built environment Strong understanding of commercial and contractual processes Experience managing projects or multiple workstreams simultaneously Good stakeholder management and communication skills A proactive, organised and commercially focused approach Willingness to travel across South Coast project locations
