Join a forward-thinking construction consultancy delivering high-profile residential and mixed-use developments across London. A great opportunity for a driven Project Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of projects within a collaborative, supportive team.

🔧 Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead cost planning, procurement, and cost control
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and contractor payments
  • Prepare tenders and negotiate contracts
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Support value engineering and risk assessments

📋 Skills & Experience Required

  • 3+ years’ UK QS or cost consultancy experience
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
  • MRICS/MCIOB (or working towards)
  • Private sector project experience
  • Collaborative and commercially focused approach
