🏗️ Project Quantity Surveyor – £200m Landmark Mixed-Use & Student Accommodation Development

📍 Zone 1 South London
🏢 Leading London Developer
💰 Up to £80,000 Basic Salary + Comprehensive Package

Are you an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor ready to take genuine commercial ownership on a major London regeneration scheme, with a clear route into Senior QS and future Commercial Lead positions?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded London developer delivering a landmark £200m mixed-use development in a prime South London location.

The project will be delivered across four major high-rise RC frame towers, with the tallest rising to 33 storeys. The scheme combines student accommodation, affordable housing, commercial and community space, extensive amenity areas, public realm, landscaping and supporting infrastructure.

The development has secured full BSR approval and has recently commenced demolition and groundworks, making this an ideal time to join and be involved from the early delivery stages through to completion.

You’ll also be joining the business at an exciting stage of growth. The developer is progressing an ambitious expansion plan, supported by a strong pipeline of live projects, further schemes currently in planning and due to commence next year, and an active land acquisition strategy that continues to strengthen its future development programme.

💠 The Opportunity

Working within an experienced commercial team and reporting into the Commercial Lead, you’ll take ownership of significant work packages and play an integral role in the commercial delivery of this flagship development.

You’ll also be responsible for managing and mentoring an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, helping support their development while strengthening your own leadership experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
