Project Quantity Surveyor
We are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team, supporting the delivery of a range of exciting construction projects across Surrey and Berkshire.
With a strong pipeline of work in the region, this is a great opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in driving commercial performance across multiple projects. You will be involved in all stages of project delivery, working closely with project teams to ensure effective cost management and successful outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the commercial aspects of projects from pre-construction through to final account
- Procuring and managing subcontractor packages
- Preparing cost reports, forecasts, and valuations
- Managing variations, change control, and commercial risk
- Supporting cost planning and budgeting processes
- Working collaboratively with project, design, and supply chain teams
- Ensuring commercial controls and procedures are consistently applied

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor within construction or the built environment
- Strong understanding of commercial and contractual processes
- Experience working on medium to large construction projects
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, organised, and commercially focused approach
- Willingness to travel across projects in the Surrey and Berkshire region
