£40,000 – £90,000 + cash allowance + additional benefits package

Help Shape Risk Management on a Major UK Infrastructure Programme

A leading global consultancy is expanding its Project Controls capability and is looking for talented Project Risk professionals to join a growing team supporting one of the UK's largest regulated infrastructure programmes.

Working on a complex portfolio of major capital projects, you'll play a key role in helping programme teams identify, assess and manage risk while providing valuable insights that improve project certainty and support strategic decision-making.

Whether you're an experienced Risk Analyst looking to progress or an established Project Risk Manager, we'd love to hear from you.

The essential requirement is hands-on experience delivering Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) within complex projects or programmes.

The Opportunity

You'll become part of a collaborative Project Controls team responsible for embedding best practice risk management across a nationally significant infrastructure investment programme. Working alongside project managers, planners, commercial teams and senior stakeholders, you'll support the delivery of robust risk management processes, facilitate workshops and provide both qualitative and quantitative risk analysis that enables confident project delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team where you'll have genuine opportunities to develop your career while helping shape how project risk is managed across a major programme.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
