BMS Project Sales Manager
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Sales Manager with experience of BMS systems to join a well-established and growing engineering business known for their technical expertise and high standards. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering practical, customer-focused solutions and exceptional service. You'll be joining a collaborative, highly skilled team within a growing and passionate organisation that genuinely values its people. To be successful in this role, candidate will possess a blend of technical and commercial acumen, excellent customer relationship management skills. Your primary responsibility is to identify and secure high profile BMS and carbon reduction projects throughout the Southeast region.

Job Title: BMS Project Sales Manager
Package: Negotiable salary depending on experience plus company car and excellent benefits.
Location: Flexible: Southeast | London | Home Counties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships internally, with key customers and strategic partners.
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle for personally generated opportunities, from initial prospecting through to project handover.
- Manage the commercial aspects of projects during the sales phase.
- Maintain active engagement with clients, including attending site visits, technical meetings, and key stakeholder discussions.
- Collaborate closely with Regional Managers and Operations Teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Candidate profile:
- Proven experience managing the sales cycle to secure projects within the building management sector.
- Understanding of project delivery and technical requirements.
- Customer-facing, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with clients at all levels.
- Experience within the BMS sector and familiarity with Trend, Siemens, Schneider Electric, or Tridium BMS systems is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to travel as required.
