Purpose of Role:

Develop and win project-based opportunities across DC charging, commercial EV infrastructure, and HEMS solutions within sectors such as fleet, retail, hospitality, and residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop and close commercial EV charging projects (AC & DC)
  • Build relationships with CPOs, developers, consultants and contractors
  • Manage full sales cycle from specification to delivery
  • Collaborate with EV Specialists and Trade ASMs to generate leads
  • Drive specification with architects and consultants
  • Support tender submissions and commercial proposals
  • Provide market feedback on commercial opportunities and competition

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in project sales (electrical, EV, infrastructure or construction)
  • Strong understanding of commercial project cycles
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders
  • Financial and commercial acumen (margin, ROI understanding)
  • Self-starter with ability to work autonomously across large territory
