Our client is a globally recognised, market leading manufacturer in building access solutions. They supply products across more than 40 countries. The UK business has grown turnover by ~50% to £100 million over the last five years, and remains the only manufacturer globally able to provide a complete access solution from a single source.
The UK project division focuses on large scale distribution and warehousing developments, working closely with architects, main contractors and end users to secure project specifications. With continued investment in marketing, digital systems and CRM integration, the business is well positioned for continued expansion across industrial projects and internal fit out markets.
About the Role
As part of a strategic expansion of the external sales team, our client is seeking a Project Sales Manager to strengthen their presence across the West Midlands and Southwest England.

You will drive project and trade sales across industrial projects, while supporting the company's move into internal fit out products. Working closely with architects, main contractors and end users, you'll focus on influencing specifications, securing new business, and managing projects from initial engagement through to completion. Typical project values range from £50,000 to £4 million, averaging approximately £300,000.
The Skills Required in You
- Proven experience selling into architects, main contractors and construction projects (essential)
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to develop and convert project pipelines in a structured, disciplined manner
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing a large geographical territory
- A collaborative mindset that fits within an open and supportive company culture

- A flexible basic salary, negotiable depending on experience - Likely to £65,000 on a basic
- Bonus potential of approximately £12,000, based on performance (paid out in full historically)
