Job Title: Service & Project Delivery Coordinator

Location: Harrogate

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Hybrid: 3 days per week working from home

Our client is seeking a Service & Project Delivery Coordinator to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the successful delivery of customer projects, coordinating activity between customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

This role would suit a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Of The Service & Project Delivery Coordinator

  • Coordinate the delivery of customer projects and services from initiation through to completion.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively managing updates, risks, and escalations.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with project information.
  • Provide regular communication and progress updates to key stakeholders.
  • Produce reports and complete administrative tasks to support project delivery.
  • Ensure all work is completed within agreed service levels and internal processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience Required

  • Previous experience within a project coordination or service delivery role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Competent using Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Positive, professional, and highly motivated.
