Role Description
The Project Sourcing Specialist role is a remote position focused on identifying, evaluating, and securing partners, vendors, and collaborators for storytelling, research, publishing, and consulting initiatives. This role involves sourcing and assessing suppliers and service providers, managing communications with external stakeholders, and supporting contract negotiations to ensure alignment with project goals and values. The specialist will coordinate timelines and deliverables, track sourcing activities, and maintain clear documentation for ongoing and upcoming projects. Day-to-day tasks include market research, screening potential collaborators, optimizing procurement processes, and working closely with leadership to ensure that sourced partners enhance the impact and reach of JollyGoodFellow Creations’ work.

- Strong Analytical Skills to research markets, evaluate vendors, compare proposals, and support data-driven sourcing decisions.
- Clear and professional Communication skills to manage stakeholder outreach, maintain supplier relationships, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Contract Negotiation and Procurement skills to support agreements, optimize terms, and ensure cost-effective, values-aligned partnerships.
- Recruiting experience or related skills to identify, qualify, and onboard collaborators, creative partners, and project-specific experts.
- Relevant qualifications include experience in project sourcing, purchasing, or operations; familiarity with remote collaboration tools; strong organizational and time-management skills; and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Background in creative industries, publishing, consulting, or research-driven projects is beneficial, as well as interest in leadership, storytelling, or ancient wisdom traditions.
