Project Supervisor - Lift Industry

📍 Midlands to North England 💰 £55,000 - £65,000 + Company Vehicle + Generous Bonus Scheme 📋 Full Time | Permanent

Are you an experienced Lift Engineer ready to take the next step in your career? We're partnering with one of the UK's most respected privately-owned lift businesses to recruit a Project Supervisor covering the Midlands through to the North of England.

The Role

As Project Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting and managing major repair and project activities across the region. You'll work closely with engineers, customers, subcontractors, and senior management to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and supporting a team of engineers
  • Managing major repair and project works
  • Providing technical and logistical support
  • Monitoring project progress and performance
  • Liaising with customers and internal departments
  • Managing subcontractors and specialist contractors
  • Supporting health & safety compliance
  • Delivering technical guidance and mentoring to engineers
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

About You

Essential:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering
  • Strong technical knowledge across lift products and applications
  • Experience supporting or leading engineers
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

  • NVQ Level 4 in Lift Engineering

Don't have NVQ4? No problem. The business will support and fund the qualification through its internal development programme for the right candidate.
